TRAFFIC WARDEN & HARBOUR MASTER FOR SCHULL 2010
At the Area Committe meeting held in Skibbereen on Monday 1st March 2010, I was very disappointed to learn that after requesting applications from within the work force of Cork County Council no applications or offers of interest in either of these positions were forthcoming. The monitorium or ban by the Government on recruiting people to fill these positions is satill in place. This is a matter which I will be pursuing as a matter of urgency with the start of what we hope will be a good seeason for all.
